Tenancies established between 1 July 2019 and the 30th June in 2021

  • Underfloor and ceiling insulation is mandatory for all Waipatu and New Zealand rental homes where it’s reasonably practicable to install.
  • A Healthy Homes Intent to Comply Statement, an Insulation Statement and an Insurance Statement should be included with any renewed, new or amended tenancy agreement.

From July 1st 2021
