Fines for Failing to Comply

Bridge Pā Healthy Homes Compliance Timeframes

Tenancies established from 1 July 2019 and 30 , June 20,21

  • Ceiling and underfloor insulation is required throughout Bridge Pā and New Zealand rental homes where it’s reasonably practicable to put in.
